Parking ( optional)

Secure public parking (Forville) a few meters from the apartment (with or without reservation). Contact information and rates available. Ex: 1 day 16,20 €. 4 days € 54.50. 5 days 60,60 €. 6 days 66,70 €. 7 days 72,70 €. 10 days 84,80 €. 15 days 103 €.....

If you decide to park in the Forville public car park, I advise you to park at the highest level if possible. To get to my place, take the exit "rue Tambourinaire, le Suquet". Go along the buildings (on your right) then turn left on the bridge which passes over the expressway (rue des Suisses). Continue straight ahead and enter Le Suquet (pedestrian zone). On the left you will find rue du Suquet (corner with small fountain).

Additional informations

The base price (see above) may vary depending on the number of people, the holiday periods as well as the many conferences and events organized in Cannes (contact me for more information).

Depending on the period, a minimum of 4 to 7 nights can be required.

The weekend tarif (2 nights) is lump-sum and is not possible during the high

season.

Deposit of 500 euros, given back on inspection of the apartment on the last day of your stay.

Household cleaning forfait by stay : 40 euros 

Set of household laundry (bed sheets, towels …) provided. But you can of course choose to bring your own.

A contract in double copy will be sent to you within a short timeframe. You will then simply need to send one signed copy back, accompanied by the prepayment (i.e. a check for 30% of the total reservation cost) + copy of identity document. This down payment (which is not reimbursed in the case of a cancellation) enables to confirm and block your renting period.

A deposit check of 500 euros (which will not be cashed) will be requested at the keys remittance, and will be given back on inspection of the apartment on the last day of your stay.

Arrivals are made between 3 :30 p.m. and p.m. Departures before 11 a.m.
