Living room

Entirely renovated in August 2016, on the 4th and last floor without elevator (a small effort which is worth it), my flat has thus the very rare advantage for the neighborhood, of not being overlooked nor having neighbours

Set back from the street, you will be able to appreciate the apartement as much for the important night life of the neiborhood, as for its absolute quietness, thanks to his air conditioner and double-glazing. It is equipped with remote-controlled velux.

You will also find a reversible air conditioner, a wifi connection via " miami bbox ", a soundbar which in addition to optimising at best the quality of your TV (flat screen 32''), will also enable you to listen to your own playlists.

Kitchenette

Kitchen : dining area on the bar, tall stools, micro-wave, mini-grill hoven, induction plate, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, electrical citrus juicer, all the necessary tableware …

Bedding

More than a studio, the flat includes a bedroom corner behind his curtains « boat cabin » style with his own TNT TV, an excellent tailor-made latex foam mattress (measures : 140 by 185), then in the main room, a large and comfortable sofa bed (160 by 200) more adapted if you are tall (+1meter84) or fitting for 2 additional travellers.

Bathroom

Bathroom/toilets : with electrical velux opening, hair dryer, towel rail, shower column…

The neibourhood

The Suquet is for me the most beautiful neibourhood of Cannes. Old historical neibourhood, it is typical and authentic with his looks of ancient village and its old stones.

Entirely pedestrian, the neibourhood is particularly lively at night, with its numerous bars and restaurants. It is also ideally located, at 2 minutes by foot from the Forville market, from the Meynadier street and from the old port, at 5 minutes from the beaches, from the Antibes street and from the cinemas, 8 minutes from the Festival Palace…. In brief, a location to make anybody happy.

Arts and culture

Culture, art and craftmanship : Cannes’ architectural heritage marks two key periods of local history : the Middle-Ages and the end of the XIX century. The Suquet’s medieval neibourhood, as well as the Lérins Islands with the cistercian abbey, witness the spiritual richness of the site.

The three museums of the city, the museum of the Castre, the Sea museum, and the Forville mill, will satisfy your curiosity, in a city particularly attached to its Provencal identity.

Located on the Croisette, you will also like the Malmaison exhibitions, which regularly honour renowned painters such as Matisse, Ozenfant or Picasso... 

Cannes Views

Ready to immerse yourself in a cosmopolitan universe? The center of Cannes is close to my apartment. You will find restaurants, shopping malls, many differents shops as well as a multitude of entertainment and events of international scope. 

The region is rich in walks, particularly in its hinterland. Do not hesitate to visit 

Gourdon, Tourette sur Loup, Biot and its glass blowers, Grasse’s perfumes, St

Paul de Vence, or else Vallauris’ ceramics and art potteries …

And in winter, excellent ski resorts wait for you at a 1 hour and a half car drive.

Lérins’ Islands

In front of Cannes’ bay and the Estérel mountain, two beauty spots, the lérins Islands. Legendary archipelago, Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat are two unique jewels where cultural and natural heritages shine. These islands are a can’t-miss event of a stay in Cannes.

To get there, you simply need to take the ferry, also around the corner of the apartment. 

You can also go by boat to Porquerolles, St Tropez ....
